Entering the large courtyard, hand-laid by local craftsmen in the traditional "Plakoto"– cobblestone paved style, one can notice that this house offers three separate living areas, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, connected by an outside stone flight of stairs.

Free Car Rental - One manual car rental is provided for the whole length of the stay at our villa. The vehicle provided by the agent is usually a 5 seat hatch back, which is very well suited to the narrow roads of the island. Third party insurance & unlimited miliage are included, while the fee-paying CDW (collision damage waiver) insurance is optional.
Transfers - Our car rental agent will meet guests at the port or airport and escort them to the villa.
Housekeeper - Our housekeeper will refresh the villa daily. We provide fresh towels daily and weekly changed bed linens.

Mansion Kyani is located on top of the quiet and quaint village of Megalochori, not far from the main square and right in the center of the island of Santorini.
Megalochori is a traditional village with narrow cobbled streets, with no car traffic, and famous for its vineyards and production, among others, of the excellent Santorini Vinsanto.

The access to the villa is through a traditional cobblestone courtyard, with a recently made extravagant infinity swimming pool with sun deck, entirely built with volcanic rocks, where guests can relax in a beautiful scenery, which at night is illuminated to offer an unforgettable experience.
The architectural beauty of the villa is evident the moment one enters the villa through the barn door on the ground floor, which leads to a compact fully equipped kitchen.
Original arches lead directly into the master bedroom with a magnificent domed ceiling. The majestic en-suite bathroom boasts a large bathtub and a separate shower.
Moreover, from the beautiful courtyard, original wooden doors lead to the spacious second bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom.
